Robert P. Iaderosa, LUTCF, serves as President and Manager of Howard Financial Services Inc. He continues building a reputable organization that strives to meet financial needs of individuals and businesses.

He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1972 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business. In 1976 he became licensed for Life and Health, Property and Casualty, and variable products. Over the past 40 years, he has worked diligently in the insurance industry, helping to build profitable firms and offering reliable, trustworthy financial advice to the public.

Completed Life Underwriter Training Council Fellowship (LUTCF).
Worked for Prudential for 20 years as an agent and then as a manager managing 52 agents.
Successfully manages company rollovers, including more than 85 Dexter Shoe accounts.
Began a startup operation for the Guardian Insurance Company focusing on attorneys and physicians disability and life insurance.
Recruiter for Mutual of New York and Met Life.
Owner of Iaderosa Associates and Howard Financial Services, Inc.

Allyson Iaderosa / Independent Agent

Allyson Iaderosa is an independent agent and serves as treasurer and marketing strategist for Howard Financial Services, Inc. She graduated from the University of Maine at Orono in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in nursing degree, and obtained her insurance license for Life and Health in 1996. Prior to her career with Howard Financial Services, Inc., she worked as a cardiac nurse at EMMC.

Ken Stock / Independent Agent

Ken Stock is an independent agent focusing on clients in the Waterville / Augusta area. Ken graduated from the University of Southern Maine in Gorham in 1966, and became an Insurance Adjuster in 1969. He obtained his license for Life and Health, Property and Casualty and variable products in 1985. He worked in the Presque Isle area for many years before making the move to central Maine.
